The Wyalong Museum
The Wyalong Museum is now located on the corner of Neeld and Slee Streets.The Museum is housed in the historic Court House and exibits a collection of early objects which portrays our local history. The purpose built shed displays machinery that was used for early industries. The Museum is managed by the Bland District Historical Society Inc.
The Wyalong court House was built in 1900 and displays the Federation style, the building exemplified everything that was new to architecture at the time and is typical of country court houses designed by Walter Liberty Vernon (the Government Architect of the day)...
